The payer will access our site at  PaymentServiceNetwork.com and register for our services. Registration is not required in order to make a payment, however it will make things quicker for them the next time they make a payment.

After registering your payer's click the "Make Payment" button unleashing PSN's seamless money transfer system.

Your payer will enter your account ID number directly or via our search mechanism (allows payers to search for your account # by Business Name, State, City and Address), identifying them as one of your payers.
After choosing between check or credit, entering the amount to be paid and verifying account information your payers are finished. The entire process takes less then 3 minutes.

You are instantly emailed or faxed notification once a payment has been approved. Funds are deposited directly into your account upon receipt (Allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and deposit). Simple and inexpensive to you.

What do you need to get setup?:

• Determine how many accounts you plan to set up (Each bank account used by your business to collect fees/dues/rents/etc... is classified as a new account with Payment Service Network and will be given its own Account ID)
• Determine what buildings/services to group in an account (there are no limits or extra charges per account.)
• For faster service you can use our automated setup program on our secure server @ https://www.PaymentServiceNetwork.com/accountsetup.asp and setup your account online, or contact a customer service representative to setup your account.
• We will send you a confirmation package with your assigned account ID requesting:
  • A signed authorization to receive payments for rent or services (This will be mailed to you).
  • A signed Contract for Internet payment services with Payment Service Network(This will be mailed to you).
  • A voided check for ACH deposit in your account.
• Upon verification of all documents and account setup, we will send you a letter confirming your account is activated for use.
